Let JOTS help you decide which stain or sealer for your deck.  Deck stains and sealers help repel water, resist mildew, and prevent  fading in high traffic areas.  Stains and sealers are either water-based or oil-based.  Oil-based finishes require less upkeep than water-base finishes.
